You must be at least 16 years old to use S'more. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have authority to enter into these Terms.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for securing access to that email account and for all activity under your S'more account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
S'more is an AI-assisted workspace that helps you manage communications, workflows, and connected tools. The Service may read or act on data from services you connect (such as email, calendar, social platforms, or other integrations) only when you authorize those connections and ask the agent to perform work on your behalf.
S'more provides software automation and informational assistance. Outputs from the Service are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions before they are sent, published, or executed on your behalf.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms through APIs and OAuth. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by The Zero Human Robot Corporation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Zero Human Robot Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us; we will handle deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or poses risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
