Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026 · The Zero Human Robot Corporation
The Zero Human Robot Corporation ("we", "our", "us") operates S'more. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address and profile details you provide at sign-in.
- Business and goal information: websites, product details, customer profiles, goals, search terms, and voice or positioning information you provide.
- Conversation data: chat messages, agent sessions, tool results, and files you upload or generate in the Service.
- Social-platform data: public posts, profiles, replies, and related metadata returned by supported platforms or service providers, plus your saved conversations, drafts, edits, approvals, and outcomes.
- Connected service data: information retrieved from integrations you authorize, including supported social platforms and other third-party accounts.
- Credentials and tokens: OAuth tokens and platform credentials you connect, encrypted at rest.
- Payment information: purchase status, transaction identifiers, and billing details supplied by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Usage and device data: basic logs needed to secure and operate the Service (such as IP address, request timestamps, and error diagnostics).
How we use information
- Provide the Service, including running agent workflows you request.
- Authenticate you and maintain your account.
- Send transactional email such as sign-in codes and essential account notices.
- Process purchases, maintain run balances, and prevent payment fraud.
- Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug reliability issues.
- Develop and improve S'more's qualification, ranking, drafting, voice, and other models using your content, edits, approvals, outcomes, and usage data.
AI processing
To fulfill your requests, we send relevant prompts and context to AI providers, including Anthropic. We use these providers under commercial terms that restrict their use of customer inputs to train public models. We may use your content, edits, approvals, outcomes, and usage data to develop and improve S'more's own models and product. Where practical, we use aggregation, de-identification, access controls, or similar safeguards during improvement work.
Third-party service providers
- Anthropic: AI inference to power agent responses.
- Resend (or similar email providers): delivery of authentication and account email.
- Stripe: payment processing, transaction records, billing support, and fraud prevention.
- Cloud infrastructure and database providers: hosting, storage, and backups for the Service.
- Connected platforms you authorize: data is exchanged only to perform actions you request.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure, including a PostgreSQL-compatible database. Connected credentials are encrypted at rest. Traffic between your device and our servers uses TLS.
Retention and deletion
We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, improve our models, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@makesmores.com. When deletion is confirmed, we remove or de-identify associated personal data from production systems, subject to limited backup retention, transaction records, model artifacts that cannot reasonably be linked back to you, and legal obligations.
Disconnecting a third-party integration stops new data collection from that service but does not delete data already stored unless you request deletion.
Your choices and rights
- Access and export data available in the app or by contacting us.
- Disconnect integrations from Settings or the relevant provider.
- Request correction or deletion of personal data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children's privacy
S'more is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data and we will delete it.
International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect personal data consistent with this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The effective date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.
