The Zero Human Robot Corporation ("we", "our", "us") operates S'more. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
To fulfill your requests, we send relevant prompts and context to AI providers (including Anthropic). We use these providers under commercial terms that prohibit using your inputs to train their public models. AI outputs are generated for your account and are not shared with other users.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Data is stored on secured infrastructure, including a PostgreSQL-compatible database. Connected credentials are encrypted at rest. Traffic between your device and our servers uses TLS.
We retain your information while your account is active. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@makesmores.com. When deletion is confirmed, we remove your account and associated personal data from production systems, subject to limited backup retention and any legal obligations.
Disconnecting a third-party integration stops new data collection from that service but does not delete data already stored unless you request deletion.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
S'more is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data and we will delete it.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect personal data consistent with this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The effective date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.
